With over 20 years in the industry, Robb brings deep expertise in residential and commercial construction. He oversees every project with a focus on precision, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Seth Norling – Vice President
With more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Seth brings extensive expertise in project management, planning, and execution. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Commercial Construction Management, Seth has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects through strong leadership, effective collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. He is dedicated to creating successful outcomes for clients by ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Every project begins with an on-site consultation followed by a written, line-item estimate at no cost and no obligation. The estimate defines scope, materials, and payment schedule before any work begins.
How long will my project take?
Timelines depend on scope, permitting, and material lead times, so we confirm a written construction schedule during planning. You receive progress updates at each milestone, and schedule changes are communicated immediately.
Do you handle insurance claims for storm damage?
Yes. We document storm damage, meet your adjuster on site, and provide the inspection reports and estimates your carrier requires — then complete the approved repairs to manufacturer specification.
Are your projects warrantied?
Yes. Workmanship is covered by NorBrook's written warranty, and installed products carry their manufacturers' warranties. Warranty documentation is delivered at your final walkthrough. [CONFIRM warranty terms]
